Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our gymnastics program is a fun and exciting way for kids to exercise, learn new skills, and build confidence. Focused on the core girls’ events—balance beam, bars, vault, and floor—our classes are structured by age and skill level to ensure each child receives the attention and challenge they need.

Taught by experienced and certified instructors, our gymnastics classes are designed to provide a safe and positive environment where kids can develop strength, flexibility, and coordination. Whether they’re learning the basics or perfecting advanced skills, our program fosters growth in both technique and confidence.

Gymnastics Class Options

Our Level 1 Gymnastics class is designed for beginners looking to build a strong foundation in the sport. In this class, athletes will focus on mastering basic skills on the balance beam, bars, vault, and floor. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, flexibility, and building strength, while kids have fun exploring movement and learning at their own pace. It’s the perfect way to introduce children to gymnastics in a positive and supportive environment!

Requirements: Cartwheel, bridge hold 10 sec, 3 casts on bars, straight jump on vault, pivot turns on beam

Level 2 Gymnastics builds on the skills learned in Level 1, with a greater focus on developing strength, flexibility, and technique. Athletes will work on refining their skills across all four events—balance beam, bars, vault, and floor—while increasing the complexity of the movements. This class helps children gain confidence as they challenge themselves with more advanced skills, all while maintaining a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

Required Skills: 1 Handed Cartwheel, Backbend from Standing Kickover, Handstand to Bridge, Round-Off

Level 3 is designed for gymnasts who have progressed beyond the basics and are ready to refine their technique. Athletes will continue to build strength, flexibility, and coordination while mastering new skills through fun and challenging stations. This class encourages confidence as gymnasts prepare for more advanced tumbling combinations.

In Level 4, gymnasts continue developing core skills with increased focus on control, body alignment, and strength. This level reinforces existing tumbling fundamentals while introducing higher-level combinations and technique drills to support athlete progression.

Required Skills: Back Extension Roll, Back Handspring, Round-Off Back Handspring, Aerial OR Front Tuck off Spring Board

Level 5 challenges gymnasts with power-based tumbling and dynamic skills. This class works on combining skills into seamless passes while improving execution and body awareness. Athletes will gain the confidence and technique needed for more advanced acrobatics and floor routines.

Required Skills: Round-Off Back Handspring Back Tuck, Round-Off Back Handspring Back Layout, Standing Tuck (off a panel mat), Front Punch

Level 6 is for advanced gymnasts ready to master high-level tumbling. Athletes in this class will fine-tune complex passes, increase power and precision, and develop strong technique through drills and progressions. This level is ideal for gymnasts preparing for competitive routines or all-star cheer transitions.
