Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Let our highly qualified coaches guide you through your skill achievements. We specialize in building tumbling skills from the basics to the most advanced. We offer a wide variety of classes for athletes, ages 3 and up. From forward rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills and beyond, we’ll be your partner in discovering your capabilities.

Tumbling Class Options

Required Skills: None.

This introductory tumbling class is designed to help athletes build basic strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning foundational tumbling skills. Students will work on mastering basic rolls, cartwheels, and handstands, laying the groundwork for more advanced techniques. This level is perfect for beginners looking to develop their tumbling abilities in a fun, supportive environment.

Required Skills: Handstand, Bridge Hold 10 Seconds, Cartwheel, Backroll to Feet.

Level 2 builds upon the foundation set in Level 1, introducing more dynamic movements and refining basic skills. These skills are essential for advancing to more complex tumbling techniques. As you progress, you’ll develop the strength, control, and flexibility needed for higher-level skills.

Required Skills: Bridge from Standing, Backbend Kick Over, Handstand to Bridge, Round-off.

In Level 3, athletes will begin to incorporate more advanced tumbling skills and transitions.  These skills build upon your foundation from Level 2 and prepare you for more difficult tumbling elements. You’ll develop greater strength, flexibility, and control to advance to the next level.

Required Skills: Front Limber, Back Walkover, Back Limber, Front Handspring.

Level 4 introduces even more advanced tumbling techniques. Athletes will work on the following skills back extension roll, back handspring, side or front aerial, and round-off backhandspring. Mastery of these skills will prepare you for the most complex tumbling sequences, and you’ll develop more fluidity and power in your tumbling routines.

Required Skills: Back Extension Roll, Back Handspring, Side or Front Aerial, Round-off Backhandspring.

Level 5 is designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready for elite tumbling skills.  These skills are crucial for those looking to compete in high-level tumbling and cheerleading routines. Athletes will refine their technique, power, and flexibility as they prepare for elite tumbling performances.
