With a variety of fun-filled activities, a dedicated party space, and a team of enthusiastic coaches to supervise, we make birthday celebrations stress-free for parents and magical for kids.

Access to the entire main gym (Silks Room, Dance Room, and Tots Room are not included)

A signed waiver is required for:

Every child attending the party
Any adult who plans to use the equipment

Please have all participants complete their waiver before arriving to help your party check-in go smoothly.

AFTER BOOKING

A Party Host will contact the family by email after booking with additional details and information.
Guests are welcome to bring any food and drinks they’d like for the party.
A refrigerator and freezer are available if needed.
Families are welcome to bring additional decorations to personalize the party.
A $100 deposit is required at booking, we will charge the remaining balance 1 week prior to the party.
Cancellation Policy: If for some reason you are in need of canceling your event booking, please email us at [email protected] to inform us of your cancellation. Refund Policy: 2 week+ notice: Full refund, 1 week notice: Half Refund, Less than 3 day notice: No refund

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Families may arrive up to 15 minutes before their scheduled party time.
Parties must end at their scheduled end time.
Our staff will take care of all clean-up and can help gather belongings at the end.

Since we host multiple parties each Saturday with only a 30-minute turnaround between events, we ask guests to be courteous and help us stay on schedule.

TYPICAL PARTY ITENERARY

Guests arrive and check in.
Waivers are verified.
Free play in the gym.
Staff-led games (optional).
Halfway through the party, everyone takes a break for food, cake, and singing “Happy Birthday.”
A gift-opening area is set up on the gym floor for the guest of honor.
Remaining party time is open gym and free play.
At the end of the party, each guest receives a special discount coupon to use toward booking their own birthday party with Inspire Sports.
