Once this form has been completed and retuned please allow 1-2 business days to be processed. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH, REGARDLESS OF THE DATE THE REQUETST WAS MADE. You will receive a confirmation email once your student(s) have successfully been scheduled to be dropped from the appropriate classes, but they are welcome to attend classes until the end of the month.
Please also do be aware that you must have a $0 balance on your account before anything will successfully be dropped. Please log onto your Parent Portal to verify that your account is in good standing.
