Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our Parkour classes are designed to test your child’s agility, strength, and coordination through exciting obstacle course training, warped wall runs, and tumbling. This is the perfect program for children with lots of energy, as they’ll leave each class tired, sweaty, and full of excitement about the fun they had!

Each 55-minute class includes a warm-up, obstacle course, tumbling, and various stations. Our safety-certified instructors use drills and spotted skills to ensure every athlete gets personalized attention while progressing at their own pace. With a focus on learning new skills in a safe and engaging environment, your child will have a blast while building strength and confidence.

Open to ages 5-18, our Parkour class is designed to challenge kids in the best possible way, offering both fun and fitness in one thrilling experience!

Parkour Class Options

Required Skills: None.

Level 1 is the perfect starting point for beginners. Athletes will focus on developing fundamental movement skills such as rolling, jumping, and landing. This class will help improve balance, coordination, and agility while building the physical foundation needed to progress to more complex techniques. It’s an introduction to the world of parkour, setting students up for future challenges.

Required Skills: Lever Kick, Ninja Roll, Cartwheel, Safety Vault.

In Level 2, athletes will build on the basic skills learned in Level 1 and introduce new movements that require more coordination and control. This class will teach students how to move smoothly through obstacles, develop precision in their movements, and add strength-focused drills to improve their agility. It’s a great transition into more dynamic techniques that will be built upon in later levels.

Required Skills: Backroll to Pushup, Handstand to Bridge, Arabian Roll off Wall, Straddle Vault.

Level 3 continues to refine the athlete’s skills by incorporating more challenging techniques that require greater strength and flexibility. Students will focus on combining their movements into sequences, learning to flow through their obstacle courses with speed and control. This level sets the foundation for even more advanced acrobatic and vaulting moves that will be tackled in future classes.

Required Skills: Backbend Kickover, Front Handspring, Dash Vault, 5 Pike Ups.

In Level 4, athletes will push their limits with advanced skills that require greater control, speed, and strength. The focus is on perfecting movement combinations and mastering dynamic techniques to tackle complex obstacles. Students will work on gaining full body strength and flexibility, preparing them for elite skills in the final level.

Required Skills: Back Extension Roll, Round-off Back Handspring, Front Handspring Step-out Front Handspring, 5 Pull Ups.

Level 5 is for the advanced athlete who is ready for extreme parkour challenges. Athletes will work on perfecting their high-level movements and developing their ability to move seamlessly through the most difficult obstacle courses. This class requires exceptional strength and agility to execute techniques that demand both power and precision. It’s all about taking parkour to the next level and mastering elite skills.
